Our secondary focus is to promote the spirit of UNITE among all people regardless of race, profession, and political affiliation. Our logo colors reflect the individuals and the intersection represents all of us holding hands. In today’s time we feel this sentiment is more important than ever before in our country.
Team Unite emerged from the organization Texas 5 Starz which was founded in 2016 with the initial intent to provide exposure for local athletes in the form of media, print, and web. Our goal was to connect those athletes with collegiate athletic staff resources that were looking to add to their programs. Essentially we were are recruiting site with less emphasis on leadership.
Fast forward. We quickly realized that we could make the type of impact we wanted but bigger by uplifting the guys that are aligned with our 3 pillars and promote them but more importantly build a program that perpetually supports those individuals with the core values.
